As a Client Success Manager –

You will be the strategic leader for a portfolio of enterprise clients, managing both the relationship AND the success of their lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn & Email).

Your mission? Ensure every client achieves exceptional results through our services.

Your work will focus on building strategic partnerships, leading campaign optimization efforts, and identifying opportunities to expand our impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being the strategic partner and main point of contact for enterprise clients, confidently navigating complex organizational structures
- Taking extreme ownership over campaign results - from strategy to execution
- Leading quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions that showcase value and drive growth
- Working hand-in-hand with our Strategists to optimize marketing campaigns and exceed client goals 🚀
- Driving new business growth through strategic upsells that align with client objectives
- Managing the entire client journey with exceptional project management skills
- Maintaining close relationships with our Sales team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Leading our internal team of Appointment Setters/BDRs, Marketing Techs, and Copywriters
- Identifying and executing strategic opportunities to expand client relationships and add value

Look, our ideal candidate will have an 'I got this' attitude...AND the enterprise experience to back it up.

You'll need:

- Deep understanding of B2B Marketing and Lead Generation (including sales pipelines, MQLs, SQLs, and the whole nine yards)
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation (LinkedIn or cold Email expertise will make us do backflips!)
- Excellence in project management and an obsession with details
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn complex challenges into winning solutions
- Natural confidence in managing senior stakeholder expectations
- Track record of growing and retaining strategic accounts
- The ability to turn any negative situation into a positive experience
- A personality that gets ENERGIZED by client interaction (not drained)

What will a day in the life look like?

- Leading strategic onboarding sessions with new enterprise clients
- Analyzing campaign performance and collaborating with our Strategy team on optimizations
- Being the responsive, strategic partner your clients can count on via Slack/Email
- Identifying and executing opportunities to expand client relationships
- Celebrating wins with the team (because that's what winners do!)

You'll have a full library of resources, books, courses, and seminars to take your skills to the next level, including an intensive training program to make you the best at what you do.

You'll also be working directly with the founders of the company and helping take it to the next level.
