There Is Almost No Client Problem You Can’t Solve With Google, a Zoom Call, or a Loom Video.

As a Client Success Manager, 

You will be working directly with a portfolio of clients managing the strategy of their lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn & Email)

And ensuring that each client achieves results through our Done-With-You Program.

Your work will focus on building positive client relationships, coaching clients and guiding them on their journey, keeping clients informed of the work being carried out by our team, and identifying where improvement in their campaigns can be made.


- Acting as the main point of contact for the portfolio of online marketing clients, building a positive relationship as the representative for the company.

- Ensuring each and every client is successful. Taking extreme ownership over the results of the clients you manage

- Providing clients with ongoing guidance and coaching, so they get the most value out of the program and hit their goals 

- Driving new business growth through upsells and cross-sells

- Managing and overseeing the client journey through project management and ensuring tasks are completed according to assigned timelines

- Maintaining close relationships and communication with the Sales department

- Providing feedback to help us streamline the program and Client Success delivery

- Working hand-in-hand with the Account Management/Appointment Setting team as they fulfill the backend of the process. Be a great leader, facilitator, and mentor

- Assist with mentoring and training new employees

Look, our ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with a proven track record in Account Management, Client Relations and Digital Marketing.

You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution.

And won’t be the type of person who throws their hands in the air and gives up at the first sight of a challenge.

What will a day in the life look like?

💻 Onboarding new clients and conducting a strategy session to get to know the ins and out of their business and what sets them apart.

🔔 Answering client questions in Slack and ensuring questions are answered in our online community.

🎉 Celebrating with clients when they hit milestones and guiding them on their next milestones.

📚 You’ll have a full library of resources, books, courses, and seminars to take your skills to the next level, including an intensive training program to make you a Ninja Assassin Marketer.

🚀You’ll also be working directly with the founders of the company and helping take it to the next level.

- Understand the online coaching/online marketing space. 
- Well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, or direct response marketing (Knowledge of LinkedIn or cold Email lead gen a plus!)
- Highly organized and process driven
- Exceptional customer service is KEY! 
- Confident in setting and managing client expectations.
- Confident in up-selling and retaining clients.
- Energized by being on calls with clients (this doesn’t exhaust you), and enjoy working remotely
